I am a counsellor and psychotherapist based in Nottingham and I offer BACP Accredited counselling and psychotherapy services.

I will work with you to help explore and find a way through whatever issues you bring in a non-judgemental and warm environment. My way of working will help to support you through both times of joy and those places which are more painful. I am deeply empathic and committed to safe and ethical practice.

 

I am experienced in a wide range of pastoral settings as well as more structured counselling. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, childhood sexual abuse or violence, abandonment and loss, low self-esteem as well as a variety of other issues. I regularly work with relationship problems, life-balance issues, fertility and miscarriage.

 

I always work with the best interest of my clients at heart and can guarantee a caring, safe, confidential and respectful environment for you to explore as much or as little as you choose.  I am committed to ethical practice and adhere to the BACP's Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
